We have a passion for learning and seize every opportunity to grow our minds. To support growth and development, we have developed a continuing education program called the C+RA YOUniversity. The American Institute of Architects (AIA) certifies this accredited program, which offers various learning opportunities to expand our knowledge base and bring value to our clients and projects. Last year, the C+RA YOUniversity provided more than 950 hours of continuing education credits and assisted our professionals in maintaining registrations and certifications. In addition, we participate in industry organizations, research industry trends, attend seminars, author articles and lecture at national conferences.
