Did you know?  Cole + Russell Architects (C+RA) offers design services from the inside out.  Our in-house interior design services will help you define your space whether it’s a commercial building, residential development, school, hotel or municipal facility.  We work closely with our clients to determine the needs of the users and the style that best suits both to provide a sense of place.  Balancing the practical and the aesthetic, we can assist you with many tasks, including material selections, developing building standards, and overseeing ordering and installation within your budget.  Currently, C+RA is working with a financial services company in Blue Ash, Ohio, to analyze current office conditions and determine the requirements for a potential new office or the renovation and reorganization of their existing space.

Administrators went to City Council requesting approval of developer Miller-Valentine Group to redevelop the City of Blue Ash’s downtown.  The design concept, developed by Cole + Russell Architects and Miller-Valentine, will revamp the town center with new commercial and residential spaces.  The plan creates the framework for a pedestrian-friendly, urban downtown with gathering spaces so that residences and visitors can live, work and enjoy dining and entertainment. The redevelopment will occur on property adjacent to Kenwood, Cooper and Hunt Roads. Construction could begin as early as next year.
